Community Action Hosts Covid-19 Vaccination Zoom Events in Multiple Languages

Beginning today, March 31, through the end of the week, Community Action’s Head Start Health Team will host five more COVID-19 vaccination education events on the Zoom platform, including webinars in Karen, Oromo, Nepali, and Somali. The two events today are being presented in Karen and Oromo. Tomorrow’s event (April 1) will be presented in Nepali, while this week’s final two events on Friday (April 2), will be held in English and Somali, respectively.

These educational webinars will focus on the creation and safety of the vaccines, updated eligibility guidelines, and how to register for and receive the COVID-19 vaccine. There will also be a question-and-answer session following the main presentation. If you or someone you know might benefit from one of these virtual events, please reference the specific dates, times, and meeting instructions for all of the meetings highlighted below.
