Racialized Trauma Resources

There are many ways that systemic racism can negatively impact people's health and well-being. Systemic racial inequity and disparity can cause high levels stress on the mind, body, and spirit for many people of color. However, there are not often spaces or forums for people of color to address the issues of racialized trauma in people's lives.
