An Energy-Efficient Home Lowers Utility Bills

Community Action’s Energy Conservation services can help you and your family live comfortably, while keeping your home’s energy efficient and affordable. For more than 30 years, we’ve helped thousands of households like yours by providing home energy audits and home weatherization services.
What Is Weatherization?
Our weatherization services make improvements to your home that help conserve energy, maintain temperature, and provide a safe and healthy living environment. The upgrades we make to your home will lower your monthly energy bills, while also lowering its impact on the environment and your community.
Am I Eligible?
All Energy Assistance participants are eligible for Energy Conservation and Weatherization services. If you are currently on Energy Assistance and interested in Energy Conservation and Weatherization services, call us at 651-482-8260 to receive more information and see how we can make your home more energy efficient and help lower your energy bills.
If you are not currently on Energy Assistance, contact the Energy Assistance Program (EAP) by calling 651-645-6470 or emailing EAP at eap@caprw.org, to apply for Energy Assistance services.

We Need Your Help
Community Action Partnership of Ramsey and Washington Counties is soliciting a call for contractors for asbestos abatement and mold and moisture remediation work for the Weatherization Assistant Program. Contracts can be requested from Seth Johnson at 651-444-5134 or sjohnson@caprw.org. Community Action encourages all minority/women-owned business enterprises to apply. The call for contractors will remain open to the public so long as work is needed.
