Planned Giving
You can help us reduce the causes of poverty and its impact on society through a planned gift. We offer many types of estate and gift-planning arrangements suited to your individual needs, including:
- Wills and Trusts
- Beneficiary Designations
- Qualified Charitable Distributions from IRA
We highly recommend consulting your personal attorney or financial advisor and sharing your charitable estate plans with them. When making a planned gift to Community Action, we recommend using the following language:
Specific bequest: “I give, devise, and bequeath to Community Action Partnership of Ramsey and Washington Counties, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, located at 450 Syndicate Street North, St. Paul, Minnesota, [the sum of $_________ or describe the specific or designated assets].”
Residual bequest: “I give, devise, and bequeath [all or _______ percent (____%) of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate to Community Action Partnership of Ramsey and Washington Counties, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, located at 450 Syndicate Street North, St. Paul, Minnesota.”
