About WaterWorks

WaterWorks is a voluntary Saint Paul Regional Water Services initiative to assist low-income customers with water and sewer costs. It is jointly administered by SPRWS and Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties. Under the WaterWorks program, assistance will be limited to a maximum of $300 per recipient annually. Funds are subject to availability.

Who Qualifies?

- Saint Paul Regional Water Services’ customers who are named on, and are responsible for, the water bill.
- Low Income households that meet the income guidelines or are receiving SNAP.
- Single-family homeowner or owner or renter of a one to four-unit rental property.

How Do I Apply?

Household eligibility changes year to year. To see if you qualify, consult the 2024-2025 Eligibility Guidelines table below:
