Why do we offer Employment Services here at CAPRW? We believe that having a living wage plays a major role in building generational wealth. Employment Services are not only about getting a job, but so much more. We provide financial literacy on multiple subjects to help participants become successful.

What we can provide at CAPRW Employment Services is:

Laptop with internet access to be able to apply for jobs
Gift cards to offset some of the financial burdens while you are starting your journey to a new career
Networking with direct hiring manager because sometimes it’s not about what you know but rather who you know

Having a good support system is crucial to someone who is unemployed or currently working at a non-livable wage. Not only do we want to help you be employed but also grow with an employer. Regardless of the situation our clients are currently facing, CAPRW is here to help them find the tools to be successful.
