Frogtown Community Center Now a Covid-19 Testing Site

The Frogtown Community Center (230 Como Avenue, St. Paul) is now a COVID-19 testing site. This site only offers the Saliva test, which is available to anyone 2 years of age and older. Health experts continue to emphasize the importance of testing for those who develop symptoms or are exposed to someone with COVID-19. This allows for the swift identification of infection and appropriate treatment and isolation for those infected in order to prevent person-to-person spread of the virus.

The testing at the Frogtown Community Center is open on Tuesdays and Thursday, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, both days. All tests are free, both walk-ins and appointments are accepted, and this site has the capacity to administer as many as 300 tests per day. To schedule an appointment on a Tuesday, click here. Likewise, to make an appointment on a Thursday, please follow this link. The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) reminds everyone to not eat, drink, or chew anything for at least 30 minutes before taking your test. And, for more information on COVID-19 testing options, including guidelines and recommendations, other community testing sites, home tests, and support in other languages please visit the MDH COVID-19 Testing webpage or call the COVID-19 Public Hotline at 1-833-431-2053.
