CAPRW Head Start to Host Vaccine Clinic

This coming Wednesday, May 12, 2021, CAPRW Head Start is hosting a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic. The clinic will take place in the Community Action Resource Center parking lot at 450 Syndicate Street North in St. Paul, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Due to the limited number of vaccines currently available to us, you must be 18 years of age or older to participate. It is also critical that those taking part in this clinic are able to return to the site within 30 days to receive their second dose. More information on the second dose will be provided at your initial appointment.

Advance registration is required. To register for the CAPRW Vaccine Clinic, please fill out the google docs form located here: https://bit.ly/3tslU0F. If you are able to secure an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email. If not, please be patient as we are working hard to schedule additional vaccine events in our community as soon as possible. To learn more about COVID-19 vaccines and their safety and effectiveness, please reference this CDC flyer: https://bit.ly/3bssTkv. CAPRW’s Head Start COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic is provided in partnership with the State of Minnesota, Metro Transit, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota. Roll up your sleeves Minnesota and help us put an end to the pandemic.
