Community Action to Host Blood Drive

Community Action Partnership of Ramsey and Washington Counties is partnering up with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive on Friday, April 17, 2023. The blood drive will take place in the Wellstone conference room at the Community Action Resource Center (450 Syndicate Street) in St. Paul from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Donating blood—and blood drives like this one—help keep the blood supply stable in the Twin Cities. Donating blood helps save lives. Blood is needed year-round to help those in need of a transfusion due to a serious injury or surgery. Additionally, people with disorders that prevent them from making blood correctly greatly benefit from a healthy blood supply.

For those interested in donating blood, we are asking that you make an appointment. Our goal is to fill 32 available appointments. At the time of this writing, there are still plenty of spots available, so please make an appointment today. We hope you will help us spread the work and we hope to see you there!
