In 2021, millions and millions of Americans suddenly left their jobs in what is being called the Great Resignation. Surveys indicate that as many as two-thirds of those who decided to leave their present employment were looking to make a significant career change.

Nearly all opportunities are free to participants and include job placement services and other initiatives. Specific training programs currently include Certified Nursing Assistant, Network Analyst, Paraprofessional, Civil Engineering Technician, IT Core Skills, Microsoft Technology Associate, Culinary Skills, Pharmacy Technician, and the Saint Paul Police Law Enforcement Career Path Academy (LECPA) among dozens more.
