Community Action Head Start Health Team partners with MN Department of Health to provide COVID-19 Vaccine Education Events in Multiple Languages

This week Community Action’s Head Start Health Team will host three COVID-19 vaccination education events on the Zoom platform, including one in Español/Spanish (on Wednesday, March 10) and one in Hmoob/Hmong (on Thursday, March 11), while the Friday, March 12, event will be presented in English. Additional vaccination events, including meetings in Oromo and Somali are in the planning stages (more information to follow).

As part of these webinars, representatives from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) will discuss the creation, safety, phases of eligibility, and distribution of the COVID-19 vaccines. If you or someone you know might benefit from one of these virtual events, please reference the meeting description(s) and instructions below. There will be a Q & A session to follow the MDH presentation so please have your questions ready.

  10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.
