Ramsey County Offers Free Covid-19 Testing

Although Ramsey County’s Free COVID-19 Testing was cancelled yesterday due to inclement weather, the county plans to go ahead with testing site events both today (October 1) and this Saturday (October 3) at Aldrich Arena in Maplewood (1850 White Bear Avenue). Here is what you need to know about this community testing site:

  • Testing is free and open to everyone (no insurance of identification is required).
  • Testing is available to residents with or without symptoms of COVID-19.
  • Both drive-thru and walk-up and walk-up services are available.
  • Interpreters are available onsite.
  • Registration is strongly recommended to reduce wait times.

To register for today’s testing (October 1), which takes place from Noon to 7:00 pm, or Saturday’s (October 3) testing event from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, please register online at Ramsey County’s community testing site (registration is available in English, Spanish, Somali, and Hmong).

The Minnesota National Guard will be providing assistance at the testing site. If you are unable to register online or need additional assistance, please call 855-612-0677. For instructions on what to do while you wait for your test results, please consult this Minnesota Department of Health pdf.
