As we move deeper into the summer—now a full four months after Governor Walz issued Executive Order 20-01 declaring Minnesota’s peacetime emergency in response to the novel coronavirus—anxiety, hardship, and uncertainty continue to abound in our communities.
At this time, we want to remind everyone that Community Action Partnership of Ramsey and Washington Counties maintains a dedicated webpage that provides comprehensive resources related to the COVID-19 pandemic. On this page, you will find weblinks to a multitude of state and local agencies, the Greater Twin Cities United Way, services of older adults, the Internal Revenue Service, Centers for Disease Control, and the World Health Organizations.
Collectively, these links provide detailed information and assistance regarding food support, financial assistance, children’s resources, health coverage and other health-related resources, unemployment insurance, Economic Impact Payments, and state and federal taxes help among many other vital resources.
Community Action’s COVID-19 resources webpage also includes a health question hotline, which can be reached at 651-201-3920 or 800-657-3903, as well as a hotline for school and childcare questions at 651-297-1304 or 800-657-3504.
Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties is an equal opportunity employer and provider.
