Covid-19 Relief Assistance

Community Action has partnered with other organizations to offer financial assistance to people who have been financially impacted by COVID-19 and live in Ramsey or Washington Counties. For more information, including eligibility requirements and to apply online, follow the links below that applies to your location and/or assistance need:

Rental Assistance

As of 5pm on April 22, 2022, Ramsey County and the City of Saint Paul are no longer accepting new applications for rental assistance.

All applications for rent assistance currently in our system will be processed in the order they were received.  We are working hard to process all remaining applications and we will post updates if any of this information changes.

Energy Assistance

Both Ramsey and Washington County residents are eligible for energy assistance. For more information and to apply, visit our Emergency Assistance page
