Health & Wellness Resources

Community Action is dedicated to changing people’s lives, embodying the spirit of hope, improving communities, and making America a better place to live. This promise is not possible without engaging the people we serve with in-depth community conversations, resources, and educational tools in all areas of health and wellness. We are committed to helping people better understand how issues of physical, social, and mental health and well-being are critical to addressing the impacts of poverty on people's lives in the past, present, and future.
